Terms & Conditions of Use:

1. This portal provides visibility of your business activity on internet only.

2. My Bharat Biz is no way involved in any individual order(s) in any manner

3. My Bharat Biz will not be responsible of any kind of damage / loss of any nature caused by any Vendor or Customer to any one

4. You are advised to provide services / sell products which are legally allowed. Penal action will be taken on businesses / persons who try to break the rule(s)

5. Any updates in the Terms & Conditions will be binding on existing as well as future customers.

6. All disputes under Pune Jurisdiction

Commercials:

1. Onetime platform registration fee of ₹1000/- per business activity will be charged on prepaid basis.

2. If you register for first time, then deregister and wish to re-register, then this fee is charged again.

3. This Onetime platform registration fee includes:

   1. Creating your listing on portal.

   2. Entering specific details which are required for listing.

   3. Linking your existing Whatsapp, Business Whatsapp, Website URL, Facebook page, Instagram profile, e-Store  with the profile

   4. No custom details are entertained as of now.

4. If any business doesn't have any of the above accounts mentioned in Point 3.3, then support for creating the same will be provided at an extra cost.

5. If any business has existing e-Store or creates a new one and wishes to have monthly maintenance from team MyBharatBzi, a monthly maintenance fee of ₹ 500/- will be charged on pre-paid basis

6. Monthly platform maintenance Fee of Rs. 300/- will be charged, which will be used for various reasons including SEO, Digital display of ads on various platforms etc.

7. If any business wishes team MyBharatBiz of have both service mentioned above, then both services will be provided at a club discounted cost of ₹650/- per month
